It is also used to treat menstruation related disorder known as Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) in women.The most common side effects of this medicine include nausea, vomiting, taste change, diarrhea, abdominal pain, and loss of appetite and hypoglycaemia. Usage, Atorvastatin is used together with diet, loss of weight and practise to minimise the risk of heart disease and stroke, as well as to reduce the likelihood of cardiac operations in people with cardiac disease or at risk of heart condition. It is also used to reduce fatty substances like low-density lipoprotein (LPP) cholesterol in the blood (“bad cholesterol”) and triglycerides, and to increase blood cholesterol (‘good cholesterol’) with high-density fatty lipoprotein (HDL). How do I use Glucophage 500mg? Glucophage 500mg tablets should be taken with food whenever possible to reduce the risk of nausea or vomiting. This medication may be used alone or with other medications that reduce blood sugar. You should monitor your blood sugar regularly to ensure that the medication is working well. Your doctor may recommend a dose different from the usual dosage because the dose of this medication is based on the person’s body weight, other medications, and other medical conditions. Take this medication exactly as it is prescribed by your doctor. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as possible and continue with your regular schedule except when it is close to your schedule to take another dose. Do not double your dose to make up for the missed dose.
