The Healthguard Loyalty Point Scheme is designed to reward and recognize our valued customers for their continued patronage. This policy outlines the guidelines governing the loyalty scheme and the recent updates to the program. This policy revision aims to ensure the program’s long-term sustainability while continuing to reward our valued customers.

Changes to the Loyalty Point Scheme:
  • Effective Date: April 15, 2025 onwards
  • Customers will now earn 1 point for every Rs. 200 spent instead of 1 point for every Rs. 100 spent.
  • Loyalty points will have an expiration date, as determined by Healthguard Management. Customers will receive a two-week prior notification via SMS before their points expire.
  • Expired points cannot be reinstated.
Eligibility:
  • The loyalty program is open to all customers who enroll by registering with their mobile phone number.
  • Employees of Healthguard, Medical doctors and Stakeholders eligible to special discount schemes are not eligible to the loyalty scheme.
Earning Loyalty Points:
  • Points will be awarded for every purchase made at Healthguard stores and online.
  • Customers will receive one point for every Rs. 200 spent.
  • Certain promotional periods may offer additional bonus points.
  • In cases where there is a shortage of change money, points may be awarded instead, up to a maximum of Rs. 9.
Redemption of Loyalty Points:
  • Customers can redeem accumulated points against their purchases at any Healthguard outlet.
  • Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts.
  • Loyalty points will expire on a date determined by Healthguard Management, with customers receiving a two-week prior notification before expiration.
  • Expired points cannot be reinstated.
Notification of Policy Change:
  • All existing loyalty customers will be informed of the policy change via SMS seven days before the effective date.
  • Employees will be notified of the policy change through an official memorandum.
Customer Support and Queries:

Customers can inquire about their loyalty points balance, transaction history by contacting any Healthguard outlet or customer service center.

Misuse and Fraud Prevention:

Any misuse of the loyalty program, including fraudulent claims or attempts to transfer points, may result in the forfeiture of points and suspension from the scheme. Healthguard reserves the right to amend or terminate the program at its discretion.
