Usage Directions to Use with Systema Interdental Gel for more effective cleaning and to provide long lasting protection against bacteria. Apply appropriate amount of Systema Interdental Gel on the brush or dip the brush into a gel-filled brush cap. Insert Systema Interdental Brush straight into the spaces in between teeth. Move the brush back & forth gently to remove food particles and plaque. Rinse and spit out after use. Wash and dry the brush. Use Systema Interdental Brush & Gel daily and whenever necessary.
